Delivery and Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 - Carriers have temporarily suspended service guarantees. Please allow for potential shipping and delivery delays.

 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, and to that end we have partnered with Shopify - a world leader in online commerce. We work hard every day ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:



  • Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are typically shipped the next business day.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Shipping times depend on the destination and service selected.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. Damage due to abuse or neglect is not covered. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@LaurelCreekSystems.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
One Year Warranty

Laurel Creek Systems warrants the  to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for  a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Laurel Creek Systems agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing original dated sales receipt.
